“My family and I had the pleasure of adopting Ice Cream in November of 2020,” explains an excited Ashlie.
“After having lost our 16-year-old cat several months earlier, we had been searching for our next feline friend for the sake of our 11-year-old Tonkinese who was sorely missing her mate.
“When we brought him home, it was as if he was always meant to be with us. Ice Cream is seriously the best kitty! He is very social, quirky, curious, patient and gentle. He loves pets and being anywhere we are. He also loves following our six-year-old and three-year-old children around getting scratches and being loved on.
“He is a little motorboat! Always purring! He knows where his toys are and will drag the basket off the shelf so that he can access his toys more easily. He’s also a goofy boy! He likes to run off with my son’s markers and my daughter’s puzzle pieces.
“We love our fella and are so happy to have him in our home. We are happy with our experience with Furry Friends and we are very thankful to Elizabeth, Ice Cream’s foster mom, for taking such great care of him until we could bring him home.”
