Furry Friends Mission
Furry Friends' Mission is to help homeless, neglected, or abused cats by providing the following services:
- Medical care until the cats are re-homed
- Spaying and neutering
- Providing a safe, healthy and socialized environment for the cats in our care
- Educating the community in responsible pet ownership and care
Advocating for no-kill
Due to overpopulation, many homeless cats are currently euthanized in the state of Washington. We assist other groups to accomplish a no-kill status in the state of Washington by educating, spaying and neutering, and rehoming cats.
Furry Friends Governance
Furry Friends is 100% volunteer operated. The Executive Committee has the overall authority to make financial and operating decisions; we report our financial information annually to the Internal Revenue Service by filing Form 990.
