March 19-23 Spring ONLINE Auction

Furry Friends will host its fifth annual spring online auction fundraiser and will be titled "Whiskers & Wishes" The festivities will begin at 12 Noon on Wednesday, March 19, and will end on Sunday, March 23, at 8 PM. Items will continue to be loaded until the actual auction begins on March 19. You will be able to preview the items before the auction starts, but you will not be able to place any bids until March 19.

 We are looking for donations of items that we can include in the auction. If you have a new item that you are not going to use, if you run a business and want to donate a basket or if you’re crafty or artsy and can make something, all of these would be excellent items for the auction. If you have a small item, you can take it to one of our donation drop-off locations that are listed at the end of this newsletter. Just label that it is for the auction. April 26 Garage Sale

Furry Friends will have a garage sale on Saturday, April 26, to raise funds for the cats and kittens in our care. The huge sale will be held at the American Legion at 4607 NE St James Road, Vancouver, WA 98663. We ask that you hold onto any donation and then bring it to the Legion on April 25, the day before the sale.

 We also ask for only minimal glass-type items, no dirty excessively used items, no items that have been around excess cigarette smoke, no super old items unless they are sought after items now, no broken items, no used litter pans, excessively used cat trees/cat beds. We ask that clothes be washed, etc.

Give Big, Furry Friends will be raising funds for unexpected, extraordinary medical expenses of cats in our care during this upcoming 48-hour fundraiser

Kitten Palooza weeklong adoption event. Date to be announced.

October 18, 2025 Fall Dinner and Auction

Furry Friends is gearing up for the 2025 fall auction which will be a Halloween theme. We will have an in-person dinner and auction to be held at The Royal Oaks Country Club, 8917 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98662 on Saturday, October 18, 2025. There will also be an ONLINE auction in conjunction with this event.

Adoptions Events: Ongoing every Saturday and Sunday throughout the year at the East Vancouver PetSmart (130 SE 192nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683). Check our social media or contact us for additional dates and times.
