What could be better than volunteering your time to love on some kitties?
We depend on the time, dedication, and passion of our volunteers to fulfill our mission of helping the most overlooked cats in our area. Would you like to be a part of that mission? There are many ways you can help to make a difference in the life of the cats we rescue.
Ways to volunteer
Shelter assistant: Volunteers must follow house procedures and protocols; must be dependable (the cats rely on you); clean litter boxes; wash/dry bedding; sweep/vacuum/mop; feed/water; give medications; play/socialize cats. Shifts last from one to two hours.
Grant writer: We’re looking for experienced grant writers to help us with some important projects.
Foster care: Love cats but not ready for your own? Provide a safe, stress-free, healthy home environment to socialize and love kittens and cats while you prepare them for a forever home. Learn more about fostering here.
